Ken Liatsos
Before co-founding PMG Creative Marketing, Ken Liatsos held executive positions at the Boston ad agencies Hill Holliday (Senior Vice President, Management Supervisor), Digitas (Vice President, Account Supervisor), and Arnold Worldwide (Account Supervisor), where he managed client accounts including American Express, Disney, Johnson & Johnson, Volkswagen, McDonalds, and Dunkin Donuts. Ken started his marketing career as a Product Manager at Mobil Oil Corporation, responsible for the Mobil 1 brand. He holds a BA in History from Northwestern University in Chicago, and an MBA from Boston University.

Nicole Ravlin
Prior to co-founding PMG Creative Marketing, Nicole was a senior manager at the national PR firms Cone Communications and Giles Communications, serving clients including VH1, Yamaha Corporation, Bausch & Lomb, Perrier, Ugg, and RollerBlade. She was also Director of Sales and Marketing at Topnotch Resort for 6 years, and held a similar position at Stoweflake Resort & Spa. Nicole is the recipient of Director of Sales and Marketing of the Year for Associated Luxury Hotels, was the winner of the Preferred Hotels and Resorts MAX Marketing Award, and was the youngest Director of Sales and Marketing ever in the Preferred Hotels & Resorts Collection. She has a BA in Public Relations and Communication from Trinity College.
