A large number of new tax laws have been passed over the past 18 months. This seminar will provide an overview of the major federal and Vermont tax legislation from 2008 and 2009 – as well as tax-related legislation still under consideration—plus how it will impact you directly.

A Certified Public Accountant and Certified Valuation Analyst, as well as Partner of Grippin, Donlan, and Roche, PLC of South Burlington, David holds a proud reputation in the financial advising industry. Some areas of his expertise include financial auditing and accounting, forensic accounting, business valuation, income taxes, litigation support, and significant knowledge with IT systems. Certified and practicing since 1983, he is associated with both national and regional accounting organizations, including the Vermont Society of CPA’s. He holds a BS in Business Administration-Accounting from Western New England College.
