Publicist - BURLINGTON, VT

We’re looking for a self-starter, who is results-driven and wants to work in a team environment. PMG has an opening for a publicist in our Burlington, VT office.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant agency or media relations experience and enjoys a fast-paced work environment. In this position, you will work as part of an account team and lead the tactical implementation of our client’s communications plans. You will contribute to the development of strategic plans and campaigns for B2C, for-profit and non-profit clients. This is a client-facing position and may require some travel. Fostering relationships on behalf of the agency with clients, media, and influencers is a requirement. A strong interest in the food, hospitality, and cause-related businesses is a plus.

Our internships are curriculum based, fast paced, and we promise you’ll learn A LOT. This is not an internship where you will be getting anyone coffee (except, maybe yourself). Interns at PMG are a valuable part of our team and learn how to research, report out to clients, build successful social media campaigns, develop content, and MUCH more. You’ll leave your internship with a solid understanding of how an agency works and some portfolio pieces.

PMG welcomes collegiate level second semester juniors and seniors to apply for our PR internship program. A minimum of ten hours per week for eight to 12 weeks is required for an internship at PMG. Internships are available for Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters. Interested?
